  • Clean Filters
  • Check Condensate Line Drainage
  • Visually Check for Refrigerant Leaks
  • Check Metering Device if Accessible
  • Supply Air Temperature
  • Refrigerant Type (R22, R140a)
  • Inspect Fan Bearings/Lube as Necessary
  • Check Operation of the Crankcase Heater
  • Check Contractor Voltage Drop
  • Suction Line Temperature
  • Inspect & Clean Condenser Coil
  • Inspect Blower Wheel, Lubricate Motor Necessary
  • Inspect Indoor Coil if Accessible
  • Check/Clean Thermostat and Test Operation
  • Return Air Temperature
  • Temperature Difference
  • Check Disconnect Box/Wire Size/Tighten Connections
  • Check Service Valves
  • Check Capacitors and Start Components
  • Check Compressor and Fan Motor Amperage
  • Suction Pressure
  • Check Thermostat Calibration
